The project was a luxury residence with five stories which is designed to accommodate up to a family of a young couple and their children. The initial idea of the project was to create a quiet and introverted living environment in a historical city. Therefore, the selection of material was based on a warm color. The philosophy of our design was for it to be charming and functional. Every detail of our design, such as furniture, has to be considerate of the client’s needs and taste. The exterior and interior walls can be customized with any finishing the client desire. The contains a living room, a garage, dining and kitchen, a study room, and sleeping lofts, and a bathroom with a shower. The unit has natural light from the front side and backside. The design is to think of the entire home as a product that a homeowner can shape to their needs in terms of size, usage, aesthetics, and lifestyle. The townhome is a truly unique layout of the interior design, which can be fully customized depending on site conditions, functionality, and personal taste.
