Aegean Garden is situated surrounding 58th Avenue, 177B Street, and 57A Avenue in the Cloverdale neighborhood, which is a walkable community within the Museum of Surrey, Surrey Christian School Cloverdale Campus, and Elements Casino Surrey. The project is separated into three 5 stories buildings with a public yard at level 2 in the central and a ground and underground parking structure bellowed. The AA team proposed various types of living units, concluding Market Housing, Rental Housing, Studio, 1 Bed, 1 Bed + Den, 2 Bed + Den, and 3 Bed.
