The 11,430.0m2 project site locates at 1563 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam B.C. Bounded by Shaughnessy Street to the east, Colony Farm Regional Park to the south, KWIKWETLEM BUSINESS PARK to the west, and the future RT residential zone to the north, the surrounding area are primarily residential, Coquitlam River, Fraser River, and Pitt River. A few minute’s drive to The Port Coquitlam downtown, Community Centre, and public library. Our proposal is to planning to build Port Coquitlam’s premier neighborhood. Make a distinctive architectural statement. Articulating façades, tiered rooflines and large picture windows project sophisticated styling. At the same time, a tasteful color palette complements the deep shades of the surrounding greenbelts, unifying the development with its natural setting.
