The project has explored the potential of Transit Oriented Development (T.O.D.) adjacent to the existing Rapid Transit System, which composed of an Unground the parking structure and 6 stories of residential units, including a Townhouse, Studio, 1 bed, 2 Bed, and 3 Bed / TH.
