Cedar Living is located at 530 Inglewood Avenue with the sloping grade between Cedardale Elementary School and Brother Creek in West Vancouver. The architect, Martin, created two streamlined shape façade towers with 11 and 9 stories and proposed diverse types of units, including Employee Housing, Independent Living, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, 3 Bedroom (Lux. Suite), Data Center, Cloud Service Computer Room, Art Gallery & Community Center, Child Care, Telehealth Resources, Café, Restaurant, Grocery Store, Salon, Multi-Purpose Room … etc.
